Michelle Seabury

Michelle grew up in the Bay Area and brings a deep appreciation for the lifestyle and neighborhoods that make it such a meaningful place to call home. She is dedicated to supporting clients along their real estate journey, making the process as smooth and seamless as possible. As a core member of the Paddy Kehoe Team, Michelle leads client experience, transaction coordination, and marketing operations.

Prior to this role, Michelle spent eight years in residential and commercial real estate sales operations, gaining hands-on experience in transactions of all sizes and complexities. Known for anticipating needs, managing complex workflows, and keeping clients supported, she combines operational expertise with a people-first approach to deliver exceptional service at every step.

Michelle also served as a Teach For America Corps Member, teaching in under-resourced schools and collaborating with families, administrators, and students to expand educational opportunity. This experience sharpened her ability to advocate thoughtfully for others and guide them toward successful outcomes, skills that remain central to her work today.

Outside of work, Michelle spends most of her time chasing after her toddler and enjoying being with family. Becoming a parent has made her realize the importance of home and community, reinforcing her commitment to helping clients bring their real estate dreams to life.
