Michelle Seabury

Michelle is a Bay Area native and a core member of the Paddy Kehoe Team, where she leads client experience, listing preparation, transaction coordination, and marketing operations. She works closely with clients, agents, vendors, and the team’s network of professionals to keep every stage of a sale organized, efficient, and moving forward.

A licensed California real estate professional, Michelle brings more than eight years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales operations. Having worked on transactions of varying size and complexity, she brings an experienced operational perspective to each sale and knows how to anticipate issues, manage details, and keep the process moving.

Before her career in real estate, Michelle served as a Teach For America Corps Member, teaching in under-resourced schools and working closely with students, families, and administrators. The experience strengthened skills she still relies on today: clear communication, thoughtful advocacy, and the ability to manage complex situations with care.

Outside of work, Michelle spends most of her time with her young daughter and family. Becoming a parent has deepened her appreciation for the role that home, neighborhood, and community play in everyday life.
