We’ll arrange bids, create a custom home prep plan, and manage the project from start to finish. Our clients get access to our network of vendors to prepare your home for sale on time and on budget.

Many clients also choose to take advantage of our Compass Concierge Program—a zero-interest loan up to $50,000  to cover the costs of prep work upfront (examples: painting, inspections, cleaning, staging, etc.) The loan is paid back when the home sells.

This multi-faceted approach typically includes both digital and print advertising, open houses, broker tours, and working our extensive agent network built from decades of experience and relationships. Our listings receive maximum exposure that deliver results.

We represent your home from beginning to end. Once you choose an acceptable offer, we oversee the escrow process along with our in-house transaction coordinator ensuring that nothing is missed for a smooth and easy transaction. You can count on regular communication from us along the way.
