We start by evaluating your home to determine which updates, if any, are recommended to maximize the final sale price. We’ll arrange bids, create a custom home prep plan, and manage the project from start to finish. Our clients get access to our network of vendors to prepare your home for sale on time and on budget.

Many clients also choose to take advantage of our Compass Concierge Program—a zero-interest loan up to $50,000  to cover the costs of prep work upfront (examples: painting, inspections, cleaning, staging, etc.) The loan is paid back when the home sells.
