Orinda

Welcome to Orinda

A quiet community tucked away by Briones Regional Park, Orinda is the perfect place to live for families and Bay Area commuters. The Orinda Union School District is one of the highest-performing districts in California, comprised of California Distinguished Schools and boasting high parent involvement and a wide variety of extracurricular activities.

Orinda is comprised of several neighborhoods, each with distinct characteristics. These neighborhoods include Sleepy Hollow, Orinda Downs, Orinda Country Club, Del Rey, Glorietta, Wagner Ranch, and Wilder. Wilder, in particular, is renowned for its natural setting; its land was planned with thoughtful consideration, and the sensitive local habitat has been carefully preserved. If you dream of the perfect luxury home just 25 minutes from downtown San Francisco, this is the place.

If you’re looking for a home with stunning views of the surrounding hills, Glorietta may be your best bet; some properties even look out over the glittering Lafayette Reservoir. The tree-filled neighborhood of Sleepy Hollow is known for its wide streets and sprawling California ranch homes, while the nature-focused Wilder neighborhood is known for luxury custom homes.
